I bought this to help get a bit of light exercise as i have a lot of health problems and need the exercise I have been using these rowers for decades in different gyms and decided to take the plunge and buy my own I use it 3 times a day for a few minuets it helps loosen up my joints and get the circulation moving and may increase the time in a while A very good product and easy to use I would recommend

Fantastic bit of kit

An excellent product. Have been using one of these at the Lloyd (El Chig) since approx 1995. As my first trainer explained to me, the rower is the most important machine in the Gym. I decided to buy one for myself and was surprised at how smooth the motion of my rower is compared with those in the Gym which get a constant hammering. Really pleased with my purchase, this has got to be the industry standard for rowing machines. Well worth the money (and only eight screws to assemble!!!). Ideal for aerobic fat burn (I use Level 3 to get into the fat burning zone) and muscle tone.

I did consider buying cheaper alternatives but you pay extra for a reason. Great bit of kit fo a fantastic all over body workout and Bluetooth connectivity too.

it took over a week and then there was getting it delivered after that. Concept 2 make an excellent product, well boxed up and simple to build it ready for exercise. The control unit worked without fuss connecting to my phone and heart rate sensor. Very pleased with my rower.

If you are serious about rowing or even starting but want a machine that will not let you down - this is it. Still the golden standard after all these years. Very easy to assemble, easy to maintain, comfortable in use and will last you a lifetime. The bluetooth connection to the app works without issues, it’s not a sophisticated simple app but does allow you to track your progression so no complaints. It does require substantial space so do make sure you measure up accurately before purchase.
